2023 NFL Week 11 Predictions

Last week featured the most game winning field goals as time expired in a single week in history. It was a crazy week and we think this week will be just as crazy with a lot of big games happening across the league. We’ll be breaking down each matchup and so far on the year, we’re 96-54 in predicting games.

Cincinnati Bengals at Baltimore Ravens

This weekend features two AFC North showdowns with the first kicking off the week on Thursday Night Football. The Baltimore Ravens are 7-3 and face off against a Bengals team that is 5-4. Both are coming off a gut-wrenching loss at home where they both lost on last second field goals as time expired. The Bengals loss hurt more as that has them looking at the playoffs from the outside. The Bengals desperately need this win, but we think they’re going to come up short against a tough Baltimore defense, especially with Tee Higgins out another week.

Winner: Baltimore Ravens

Pittsburgh Steelers at Cleveland Browns

The second AFC North matchup is against two tough defenses with low scoring offenses. This matchup is going to be just that as the Steelers offense is not great under Matt Canada and the Browns just lost Watson for the season. The Browns have the league’s best defense but PJ Walker as their starting quarterback. We think that’ll be enough for them to get past the Steelers this week, but making the playoffs will be a different story.

Winner: Cleveland Browns

Chicago Bears at Detroit Lions

The Detroit Lions are grooving at 7-2 with the second best record in the NFL and they’re going to make that an 8-2 after they dominate the Bears. We think it’s highly possible that this Detroit team can get their first playoff win in over 30 years and the easy win here would put them one step closer to making it to the playoffs and getting an opportunity to achieve that feat.

Winner: Detroit Lions

Los Angeles Chargers at Green Bay Packers

The Packers offense gets a shot at looking like an actual put-together team as they face a dismal Chargers defense. Jordan Love should have a bounce back game and put up some numbers, but will need to do so in a shootout that he isn’t experienced enough to handle as the Packers fall to Justin Herbert and the Chargers.

Winner: Los Angeles Chargers

Las Vegas Raiders at Miami Dolphins

The Miami Dolphins are big favorites in this game and there’s a reason why. The Raiders fired their head coach two weeks ago and are starting a mid round rookie at quarterback. The Raiders are a dysfunctional team and the Dolphins offense should roll over this defense. We don’t expect 70 points, but it should be a high scoring beatdown nonetheless.

Winner: Miami Dolphins

New York Giants at Washington Commanders

If you are looking to take a nap on Sunday, turn this game on and this will put you to sleep. The Tommy DeVito Giants face off against the Sam Howell Commanders. Howell has been amongst the leaders in passing yards on the season but a lot of that has to do with trying to play catch up in garbage time. The Commanders aren’t good, but good enough to beat the Giants who can barely put up 100 yards of offense right now. Sam Howell will not need to play in garbage time and should only need around 200 yards to beat the Giants.

Winner: Washington Commanders

Dallas Cowboys at Carolina Panthers

The Cowboys annihilated the Giants last week and now get another easy opponent just waiting to get demolished in Carolina. If Bryce Young already hasn’t looked great this year, this game is going to make him look a whole lot worse against one of the best defenses in the league. It’s not going to be pretty for the Panthers.

Winner: Dallas Cowboys

Tennessee Titans at Jacksonville Jaguars

The Jaguars were the biggest disappointment of the week last week as they lost at home 34-3 against the 49ers. This made them go from contenders to pretenders real fast. We’re not giving up faith on them just yet and we think a bounce back game against a slumping Titans is just what they need to get back on the right track. The reality check last week is going to awaken the beasts in Travis Etienne and Trevor Lawrence.

Winner: Jacksonville Jaguars

Arizona Cardinals at Houston Texans

The Cardinals and Texans are both coming off meaningful wins. The Cardinals won in Kyler Murray’s first game back, proving how much they missed their franchise quarterback. Meanwhile, the Texans have a franchise quarterback of their own in CJ Stroud who led the Texans to consecutive game winning drives in the 4th quarter. The Texans are the better team right now and CJ Stroud should light up the Cardinals defense.

Winner: Houston Texans

Tampa Bay Buccaneers at San Francisco 49ers

The 3 game losing streak was a fluke and the 49ers are back to looking like Super Bowl contenders after their dominant win in Jacksonville. They go back home to play another team from the sunshine state in Tampa Bay Buccaneers and it’s not going to end well for Tampa Bay. The 49ers had their most complete game last week and that is going to be cause for concern for the Buccaneers who slide to 4-6.

Winner: San Francisco 49ers

New York Jets at Buffalo Bills

The Bills are coming off a tough loss in primetime to fall to 5-5 and out of the playoffs. Another loss would be a huge setback for the Bills and we think it’s possible that they get swept by the Jets this year. The Jets offense isn’t very good but thankfully for them, the Bills have also been struggling on offense and just fired their offensive coordinator. The Jets defense pulls off a huge road win and makes the Bills fall below .500 in a shocking turn of events.

Winner: New York Jets

Seattle Seahawks at Los Angeles Rams

A couple years ago, this would have been an awesome game to watch as the Rams were Super Bowl contenders. Now the Rams are a far cry from the team they once were and the Seahawks are fighting for the division title. Seahawks keep even with the 49ers in division race as they both move to 7-3.

Winner: Seattle Seahawks

Minnesota Vikings at Denver Broncos

The Minnesota Vikings and Denver Broncos are both on crazy win streaks right now. The Vikings started 1-4 and are winners of 5 straight with one of those wins against the 49ers. The Broncos are winners of three straight with an upset over the Kansas City Chiefs handing them only their second loss of the season and pulling off another upset against the Bills in primetime. The Broncos are still out of the playoffs while the Vikings led by journeyman Josh Dobbs have a lot of momentum behind them right now. We can’t bet against the “passtronaut” and have to root for Dobbs and the Vikings in this one.

Winner: Minnesota Vikings

Philadelphia Eagles at Kansas City Chiefs

One of the most anticipated matchups of the entire season is the Super Bowl rematch between the Philadelphia Eagles and the Kansas City Chiefs. Fans of the Kelces and Taylor Swift will have their eyes on this one and both teams currently sit atop their respective conferences as well meaning we’re in store for an excellent matchup. The Chiefs got the best of the Eagles in the Super Bowl last year and unfortunately for Philly fans, we think that’s going to happen with the home field advantage that Arrowhead Stadium will provide for the Chiefs. It’s going to be close and a game that you won’t want to miss.

Winner: Kansas City Chiefs
