Each week we’ll break down wide receivers that should start in your fantasy lineup and wide receivers that would be better left on your bench. There are some players like Justin Jefferson & Ja’Marr Chase who are matchup proof and should be in your starting lineups every week barring a major circumstance.
Wide Receivers to Start in Week 10:
Ladd McConkey
McConkey is quickly developing a connection with quarterback Justin Herbert and is a top 20 wide receiver on the year. It’s possible he’s a top 10 quarterback on the week and finishes as a top 15 receiver on the season.
George Pickens
With Russell Wilson at quarterback again, George Pickens is entering being a reliable weekly starter. With another game or two in this category, then we’ll trust him for sure. A potential shootout matchup against the Commanders can make that happen.
Terry McLaurin
With Brian Robinson Jr out, the Commanders are going to need to rely on the passing game a little bit more. Terry McLaurin might not find the endzone, but he’ll have a high target day that should make him worth starting in PPR formats.
Wide Receivers to Sit in Week 10:
Marvin Harrison Jr
It’s been a bumpy season for the rookie wideout who is trying to follow his father’s footsteps. It’s going to stay bumpy having to square off against lockdown corner Sauce Gardner.
Calvin Ridley
After the Titans traded away D-Hop, Ridley is the best option for Tennessee at wide receiver, but he’s been a dud since leaving Jacksonville. Levis is also starting which doesn’t help & they face NFL’s leading defense in LA, it’s going to be a rough go for Tennessee’s passing game.
Mike Williams
It’s always tempting to start a player after they just get traded as you’re not sure what opportunities they will get with their new team. Mike Williams gets upgraded to a wide receiver #2 on his new offense, but this doesn’t mean he’ll produce like a fantasy wide receiver #2. We’re fading Williams until we can see what kind of role he’ll have with the Steelers.
