2024 NFL Week 7 Predictions

Week 7 has some of the most exciting matchups and toughest matchups to predict that we’re going to see all season. This weekend is going to be an exhilarating weekend of football and we’ll be looking at all the matchups. Through 6 weeks, we are 57-35 in predicting games.

Denver Broncos at New Orleans Saints

As this article was posted after the game concluded, our pick was locked in beforehand as the Denver Broncos. This decision was made based on the amount of injuries to the Saints offense and the uncertainty with how they can overcome that.

Winner: Denver Broncos

New England Patriots at Jacksonville Jaguars (London)

The Jaguars stay in London for another week, this time with them as the “home” team. Thankfully for NFL fans, this game is one that you can sleep in and miss as it is the two worst teams in the league playing against one another. Both teams are 1-5, but the Jaguars have more on the line in this game. With a loss, there’s very little chance that Doug Pederson comes back to America with a job. Pederson is going to have his best coaching performance of the season, the offense is going to be grooving even without Etienne.

Winner: Jacksonville Jaguars

Seattle Seahawks at Atlanta Falcons

After a 3-0 start, the Seahawks have fallen apart and are now 3-3 and on their way to 3-4. The Falcons started off 1-2 and have turned things around to a 4-2 start led by Big Kirko Chains. The Atlanta Falcons are just fun to watch and Kirk Cousins is in his groove after coming off his ACL tear. Winners of 3 straight, we’re just not picking against Captain Kirk & the Falcons right now.

Winner: Atlanta Falcons

Tennessee Titans at Buffalo Bills

The Titans at Bills is the largest spread of the week for a reason. The Titans are simply just bad, nothing seems to be clicking for them this season and the play of Will Levis has been horrendous. The Bills would be wise to let James Cook sit for another week as they don’t even need him to outperform the Titans. This is also a perfect opportunity for the Bills to get Amari Cooper accustomed to the offense before real competition kicks in.

Winner: Buffalo Bills

Cincinnati Bengals at Cleveland Browns

After their defensive struggles all season, the Bengals finally looked locked in on primetime against the Giants with their best defensive performance of the season, only allowing 7 points. Thankfully for them, they can continue their defensive resurgence with one of the league’s worst offenses who just lost their best receiver. The Bengals win and the Browns continue to lose with Watson under center.

Winner: Cincinnati Bengals

Houston Texans at Green Bay Packers

The Houston Texans playing at Lambeau Field against the Packers is going to be a very exciting matchup. Texans star receiver Stefon Diggs is no stranger to playing at Lambeau from his days spent with the Minnesota Vikings. With Nico Collins still sidelined, Stefon Diggs is the #1 option for Houston and is going to be guarded by Xavier McKinney who has been dominant this year. The Packers defensive back has been a surprise addition to this defense and has this unit locking down opponents. This game isn’t going to be as much of a lockdown and it’s going to be an electric shootout with two of the best offenses in the league. This game is going to come down to the final minutes and whoever has what it takes to get their team on top and we’re riding with Jordan Love who looks to have the rust shaken off from his injury earlier on in the season.

Winner: Green Bay Packers

Miami Dolphins at Indianapolis Colts

Another week and another question mark on who is going to start at quarterback & running back for the Indianapolis Colts. Anthony Richardson is trending towards playing & Jonathan Taylor is trending towards being out. Flacco gives the Colts the best chance of winning games, but for a game for Richardson to finally break his inconsistent spell and have his best game of the year against a battered up Dolphins team. It doesn’t matter who starts for the Colts, if it’s Flacco, the Colts win, if it’s Richardson, the Colts win. Miami’s just counting down the days until Tua is back.

Winner: Indianapolis Colts

Detroit Lions at Minnesota Vikings

One of the most anticipated matchups of the weekend is the NFC North clash between the Detroit Lions who are 4-1 vs. the Minnesota Vikings who are 5-0. It’s a matchup of heavyweights as both teams feature a top 5 offense & defenses that are drastically improved from previous seasons. Both teams also have lost key defensive players for the season with Lions losing Aidan Hutchinson to the Cowboys and the Vikings losing Marcus Davenport & Kyle Peko for the season as well. This game is going to be a thriller and it’s going to go down as one of the best games of the year. The Lions are going to be the team that knocks down the Vikings undefeated streak and it’s going to be a game that propels them to the top of the NFC standings and in the Super Bowl discussion. The difference maker is going to be the one-two running back attack of Jahmyr Gibbs & David Montgomery is going to be too much for the Vikings to stop as you never know what the Lions are going to pull off.

Winner: Detroit Lions

Philadelphia Eagles at New York Giants

This NFC East rivalry can really go either way, the Eagles have the better record at 3-2, but their offense has been sluggish outside of Saquon Barkley. AJ Brown, DeVonta Smith, & Dallas Goedert all have missed some chunk of time with injuries this year & this has made it difficult for Jalen Hurts to adapt. This is something he needs to do as a leader and something that his opponent in Daniel Jones has actually been able to accomplish this year. The last 2 games without top target Malik Nabers, Daniel Jones has thrown for over 450 yards combined, 2 touchdowns, and one interception. Jones has Nabers back and should perform a little better, along with the rest of the Giants offense. But we just don’t think it’s going to be enough against a rival that they’ve struggled against in recent years.

Winner: Philadelphia Eagles

Las Vegas Raiders at Los Angeles Rams

The Raiders & Rams both have 4 losses and both have a big win over a playoff team. The Raiders upset the Ravens in Baltimore and the Rams held their own against the 49ers. This is going to be an ugly game, but the Rams who are coming off the bye end up on top with their much needed rest.

Winner: Los Angeles Rams

Carolina Panthers at Washington Commanders

There’s a reason Jayden Danuels has won rookie of the week for 5 of the 6 games this season. He’s been incredible & has his Commanders as one of the most surprising teams in the league. What’s not going to be a surprise is the Commanders steamrolling over the Carolina Panthers who are one of the worst teams in the league.

Winner: Washington Commanders

Kansas City Chiefs at San Francisco 49ers

In a rematch of this past Super Bowl, the Chiefs and the 49ers square off in another high profile matchup. Much like the Super Bowl, the Chiefs are going to come out on top. The Chiefs just find ways to win and are 5-0 this year, about to be 6-0. The 49ers are 3-3 and struggling with injuries to key players across the offense, defense, and special teams which ends up being the deciding factor in this rematch.

Winner: Kansas City Chiefs

New York Jets at Pittsburgh Steelers

There will be 2 new faces playing on Sunday with newly acquired Davante Adams suiting up for the Jets & Russell Wilson getting his first start in Pittsburgh. We’re unsure how to feel on Wilson starting after Justin Fields led them to a 4-2 record to start the year, but for the Jets, Davante Adams brings an immediate upgrade to their wide receiver corps and should ignite this offense. Adams might not have a 100 yard game right off the bat, but his energy and talent gives the Steelers defense another player to lock in, making room for players like Garrett Wilson & Braelon Allen to see some more open looks. We like the Jets on the road with the emergence of Davante Adams being the spark that lights this offense up.

Winner: New York Jets

Baltimore Ravens at Tampa Bay Buccaneers

The first of two Monday Night Football matchups is going to be one you want to watch. Both teams on paper look very similar, they are both 4-2, Baltimore has 177 points scored on the season compared to Tampa Bay’s 178 points, and both teams have allowed less than 150 points on the year. The big difference between these two teams is the running game for Baltimore which is averaging over 200 yards per game on the ground and Derrick Henry has been a huge contributor to that. With another touchdown score this week, Henry will be one of two players in NFL history to score a rushing touchdown in the first 7 games of the season. We think he’s going to do just that and Henry plus Lamar’s ability to be mobile, the Ravens can pull off a key win.

Winner: Baltimore Ravens

Los Angeles Chargers at Arizona Cardinals

Arguably one of the biggest surprises of the season has been the Los Angeles Chargers defense. They currently lead the NFL in points allowed per game with a mere 13.2 per game after 5 games and this includes a matchup against teams like Kansas City & Pittsburgh. Those were the 2 lone losses the Chargers had and we’ve seen the Cardinals struggle against other good defenses like Green Bay’s where they lost by 21 this past week. The Chargers pull off a commanding win on Monday Night football to march to 4-2.

Winner: Los Angeles Chargers
